Using iRecruitment with electronic signature

I'm interested to know if there is a way to build an electronic signature into iRecruitment to have applicants consent to a background check and drug screen (and also validate that they are not falsifying information on their application).  Has anyone accomplished this through using iRecruitment or through customizations?  Or do you have to partner with a third party to have this functionality?

If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate the information.
