Payables Create Accounting for Secondary Reporting Ledger

Should we be able to generate accounting entries in Payables for the Secondary REPORTING Ledger?

Currently, we have a Primary Ledger, Primary Reporting Ledger, Secondary Ledger and Secondary Reporting Ledger.  Even though there are 4 ledgers, Payables is only generating 3 sets of journal entries.

I have seen articles suggesting you will have errors in the create accounting if you add a "reporting ledger / secondary ledger" to your environment after already creating transactions, which implies an expectation to create entries for the reporting ledger & secondary ledger.  What is not clear to me is that we can in fact generate the accounting entries in detail from the subledgers for a Secondary REPORTING ledger.  Any guidance would be appreciated.

Howdy, Stranger!
