Can we do fresh install in 12i and bring over our 11i via oracle 11i interface processes

 We are on release 11.5.10.2 of Oracle GL, AP, FA, PO, AR , XTR(Treasury), and CE. We have about 15 years worth of data in these applications.

We have the following questioned:

1- Can we choes the fresh install method. Then use the 12i open interfaces to populated and confirm the orders that comesapplication open invoice anf of db servers

2- If we want to maintain at least ony year of date can this be implemended  by

via open interfa.
