i couldn't see tax rate name in Transction Work bench

 i had done all needfull setups in E business tax like tax regime, tax, tax status, tax jursdiction,tax rate and tax rule for state, county , city (Us based tax) and enable make availble transaction option at tax level then i swith to receivable to create transaction wtih tax lines ,

in that window i can only selected tax regime, tax, tax status, tax jursdiction  details, but i can't  see tax rate name 

is there any setup has remaing? can anybody help me?
