[9.2.0.3] how to trace memory consumption ?

 Hi, One of our editors is going to install a new version of its software.
I would like to provide him recommendations in order its software is correctly sized.
Particularly, I would like to size correctly the memory.
How could I trace the memory consumption in the current version of the database [9.2.0.3]?
