Parse_calls Vs Executions.

Hi

I found a query in v$sqlstats having 15,791 parse_calls and executions 5,468 times. Is it a performance issue ? If so how to reduce the parse_calls.

I am analysing awr report, I want to know the what are the important parameters I need to look at, Is there sample or bench mark analysis awr report in metalink. Please provide metalink notes or articales about awr analysis.

My database on 4 node Oracle 10g RAC.  Please guide how to use or analyse the advisory statistics.

Execute to Parse, Parse CPU to Parse Elapsd because they are not close to Targert(100%),  Do I need to do something to increase the values close to 100%
