recent expdp failures

 Hi

We're getting the following errors intermittently on our daily expdp jobs and I'm hoping someone can help me fix this. 

The export is running on the following environment

   Server       Proliant DL580-G3

   OS            windows enterprise 2003 server - 32 bit

   CPUS     4 intel dual core cpus

   RAM        16 GB ram

   Oracle      10.0.0.4

Additional

   the folder is compressed

   the size of the exports is between 35 and 40 GB

Errors

   ORA-31693: Table data object "XXX"."YYYYYY" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
   ORA-19502: write error on file "e:\orabkup\Instance\dpdump\EXPDP_030210.dmp", blockno 9359731 (blocksize=4096)
   ORA-27072: File I/O error
   OSD-04008: WriteFile() failure, unable to write to file
