Oracle R12 Assets Account Generator

 I am working with implementing EBS R12 in  a California hospital that is following state rules for their COA. The biggest obstacle is that the balance sheet accounts have unique cost centers for each asset cost and accum. depreciation account. When looking at the account generator in SLA for Fixed Assets, many of the accounts are derived from the default account in the book controls window. With only one default account, most of the asset accounting is going to the same cost center; which is incorrect for this COA.

Does anyone have any experience with OSHPD COA standards or has modified the account generator in SLA to make the cost center come from the Category accounts?
