New Servers, New IP Address, New Server names, New Location

 Hi:

I work in Department of Justice, and Upper Management has decided to change existing boxes with new boxes. The new boxes will have new names, new IP Addresses, new location and may be new ports. What is the easiest and quickest way to have OEM GC installed and work on new servers. What are the step by step procedure to have OMS, OEM AGents, Oem Repository to interact/communicate quickly and with out problems.
