How to pass Level II or Level III credit card data....

 Hi, I recently created Service Request 3-1459563771  to inquire with Oracle whether Level II or Level III credit card information is available to be mapped to iPayment in 11i or R12. Oracle's reply is this functionality is not available in both versions and they created an enhancement request for this issue. We will be charged hefty fees by American Express beginning mid-March if we don't provide at least Level II information. Our back end processor is paypal (formerly Verisign) and they are able to provide Level II or Level III credit card information to the credit card processors as long as we provide it to them.
