Help with action_script for Windows

 Hi!
I will try to manage Oracles App server using their Clusterware. I need to create an action_script for this. I have found the examples, but they are written for Linux. My installation is on Windows. Anyone have scripts for Windows (perl is not my strong side)? Or some pointers in what need to be changed?
