Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can the budget be set up for Accounts with type Asset?

Suppose the budget is set for Year 2009. What would be in the effect during the Year End?

Would the Actuals in Fund Inquiry for the New Year 2010 be the carryforward balances? or Zero?
