Available to transact Quantity for a serial controleed item

 Hi,

Using the INV_Quantity_Tree_PUB API we can find out the ATR, ATT quantities of a item.But in case of serial controlled item, it returns the toltal quantity of the item. . It takes p_is_serial_control input parameter whether the item is serial controled or not but there is no input parameter for serial number

Our requirement is to check the ATR and ATT for each serial no. How to get his information ?
