Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi guys

Need advice on Stretched / Extended RAC

DWDM devices need to be place at each geographic end of the nodes, both connected via the dark fiber, is this the prefered way ?

Also the distance, if > 25Km / 18 Miles then is performance a problem between Stretched / Extended RAC ?

Is there a Best Practice document on Stretched / Extended RAC ?
