Patch 9174904 10.2.0.5 PSU2 for OMS - Apply 9131512 afterwards

Apply patch 9131512 after 9174904 to avoid getting deadlocks on delete from MGMT_JOB_EXECUTION in the GC 10.2.0.4 repository database. We experienced that issue on RHEL 5.3 x86_64 with 10.2.0.4 repositry.  Patch 9131512  resolved.
