iPayment and PA-DSS Compliance Status

 We are trying to implement iPayment with iReceivables for 11.5.10.2, but are being told by our bank merchant services contact that they cannot "board Oracle iPayments to the North/Cardnet network until Oracle shows compliance with the Payment Application Data Security Standards (PA-DSS) and re-certifies with First Data North/Cardnet."  What is the status and time-frame for getting iPayment compliant with PA-DSS and re-certifying with First Data?  Where can I get updates/information on the current status? Thanks,
