Have 9iR2 DB, need to install .NET Framework on same server

 I support several 9iR2 9.2.0.4 databases on Windows Server 2000 servers, several of which ar RAC databases.  I now find myself needing to install Microsoft's .NET Framework 1.0 on these same servers.

Of course, I will shut down the database prior to the installation, will backup the database, and will do it on a backup server prior to attempting the production servers.

Any known compatibility issues or problems installing .NET on a Windows Server 2000 server that already has the 9iR2 database installed?
