Troubles with accessing My Oracle Support

I have often troubles in accessing My Oracle Support. The page is opening and then I'm seeing the flash forever.. Is there a way to fix it?

I need to access some webinars/training materials on Territories & Release 17 - if anyone could send me the links to those, that would be great.
