IN 12.1.2 No test to run in diagnostic home

Hi,

we just upgrade to 12.1.2 (from 11.5.7) and when we try to go in Application Diagnostics (user sysadmin) to diagnose we have no test to execute. We select an application (ex: payables) and the page came back with no test to run. the only application with test is receivables.

Any idea ?
