How to remove listener configuration from CRS?

 Hi All,
I am in the process of cleaning up a 10.2.0.2 clusterware/rac installation on a node.
I have removed the database and asm instances.
I then de-installed the oracle_home for the database/asm.
I missed the step of removing the listener using netca.
Now when trying to remove the clusterware, I have this problem

sh rootdelete.sh local nosharedvar nosharedhome
CRS resources for listeners are still configured. You must remove the CRS listener resources before deconfiging CRS stack. Use NETCA to remove them.

Am not sure how to remove the listener configuration now. I even tried to re-install just the 10.2 software to use netca, but it doesn't find the listener information.

Howdy, Stranger!
