OCM with 10.2.0.5 grid control?

  We are leveraging the Enterprise Manager Grid Control (EMGC) infrastructure with MOS and for the most part it is working as expected. All of our environments appear in MOS.

Before we start educating our development community to use MOS on a regular basis, we wanted to do some housekeeping/cleanup, so here are a few questions:

1.       How do I delete obsolete targets from MOS? Since we do not have OCM installed on each Oracle Home(OH), how can we delete the obsolete environments (databases, app. Servers etc.) that appear in MOS? Executing “emCCR disable_target” on the OMS machine does not help and we cannot do it individual servers since they do not have internet access.
