Data guard broker do not work in Failsafe.

Hi,

 

Below is my configuration to setup DR.

Primary:

Oracale failsafe with two nodes in active/passive configuration

OS:Windows 2003 R2 Server

Orcale database enterprise 10.2.0.4

Standby :

Single standby with identical OS and oracle database editions as primary.

Want to setup DR for Maximum availability with automatic failover.I ve read in the metalink article that Bug: 4404952 prevents configuration of dataguard broker in failsafe.Also read in the same link that is fixed in oracle 10.2.0.4 .

Does anyone have a better idea or can share practical experience?
