We are using with this 11g database:
1. What is "virtual circuit wait? Is it a non idle event ? What may cause this?

2. How come there are 3 COMMON queues shown in v$queue ?

as far as i know "Virtual Circuit Status" is an event related to shared servers, but its presence in the reports doesn't prove that you have a problem as there is a 30 second idle wait time. (So if your average wait time is very close to 30 seconds, you aren't doing much with shared servers and your problem may be elsewhere).

What is the 30 seconds wait time?  In my database, the avg wait time is 761ms.    How to determine if I have share server performance issue?

Howdy, Stranger!
