Baseline Funding Without Budget Functionality in Release 12.1.1

 Hi,

I currently have client that is on release 11.5.10 of Oracle Projects and is using the Baseline Funding Without Budget functionality.  We will be performing a new installation/implementation to release 12.1.1.  It is my understanding that the Baseline Funding Without Budget functionality in release 12 does not support the use of Financial Plans in Project Management.  Is this functionality available in release 12.1.1?
