EMOD Administration, 'Contact Support' and other errors.

  'Contact Support' status can happen before the campaign is sent or after is has been sent. Check your 'Outbound Email Usage' screen to clarify which applies to yours. (Admin >> Email Marketing >> Outbound Email Usage) 

If your campaign has not been sent there are 2 primary reasons that this will happen.

  

1) You have invalid characters in your email header (Step 1 fields). Currently you cannot use single or double quotes in these fields. Please remove if they exist. 

2) There are errors in your email body content. This can be in your HTML or Text version of the body. Most errors are in the HTML portion. To test click on Step 2 >> HTML Preview >> Set Merge Field Values >> view.  If you receive an error code there is something in the body content that needs attention. This issue generally happens around incorrectly formatted TrackURL links. You can come up with your own method to find the bad code. When I do not see anything that stands out I will Copy, and then remove half of the content.
