 Tips to help you understand and navigate your Oracle Support Communities:

How do I engage in the community discussion?
You may create a new thread (defaults as a question) by clicking on the "Start a new discussion" hot link, or by clicking on the discussion icon at top left of community with green plus sign.
To reply to an already existing thread, simply click on that thread to disply a new text box in which you may enter your reply.

When creating a new discussion, the thread will automatically default as a question. 
If you want to make it a true discussion, then click on the "Mark this discussion as a Question" check box.
