Errors -- Agent Resynchronization

 I am running Grid Control OMS 10.2.0.5 and same version of agent monitoring a Oracle 10gAS installation. This agent is getting blocked every once in a while. I tried to use "Agent Resynchronization" option to fix this issue. It has resulted in showing a error report as follows: Skipping target (LDAP target) -- Missing properties - UserName, password
Skipping target (Reports Server) -- Missing properties - Password
Error communicating with the agent. Exception message - oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.CommException: return number of status does not match 0!= 2

What is the username and password that i should enter for configuring 10gAS components like LDAP,reports server on OMS console?
