Getting the following error while doing the Oracle enterprise db upgrade from 10gr2 to 11gr2, 'LRM-0

I am doing an Oracle enterprise db upgrade from version 10.2.0.3 to Oracle 11gR2 on Solaris 10, doing it using the Database Upgrade Assistant.

While running the DBUA for the upgrade, I got the following error message :

'ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters'

So I looked in the upgrade logs to find out which parameter was causing this and I saw this message:

'LRM-00121: '10.2.0.3.1' is not an allowable value for 'optimizer_features_enable'


So I am not sure why the upgrade is failing ?

If the parameter optimizer_features_enable is the issue , what is the solution.
Currently the value of optimizer_features_enable='10.2.0.3.1
