Administrating RBAC style permissions

 We are on R12 and a number of permissions are being defined through RBAC (Role based) and although the tools are there to create and assign, their is nothing to "report" or "query".

 

If I wanted to lookup info on the responsibility/menu/function model their are pleny of reports and queries available to allow me to slice and dice the data. This slicing/dicing of data allows me to answer questions like "who" has access to this "function"? With the assocaited APIs I can also automate some of the creation and end-dating of users and responsibilities.

 

Where are these tools for RBAC?
