Currency Swap using Oracle Treasury

I am at a client implementing Oracle Treasury R12. As part of their business they use currency swap, ie. they buy EURO using USD from their USD bank account and recieve this into their EURO bank account. They would like to record foreign currency exchange gain/loss based on the bank rate at which they buy and the Corporate rate of their company.

What are the setup steps in Oracle Treasury to support this type of transaction.

What is the standard process for this type of transaction?
