Not able to save new order in OM - R12

 Hi,

I'm trying to implement Oracle R12 on my laptop using vision demo env.

I have created new ledger, LE, OU and inv org.

I have set up inventory and OM.

When I'm trying to enter new order in OM I'm able to get the Order number, but can not save it once I have entered first line I got this error.

User-defined Exception in Package OM_TAX_UTIL Procedure Tax_line.

Please I need your help to fix this issue.
