Contract number does not display in Dashboard Service Requests drill down

 If I go into the drill down of either open or closed Service Requests in the Dashboard of a customer, it does not display the contract number. The error msg that I get is:

"ID 1269005 for the flexfield segment Contract Number does not exist in the value set M24_Active_Contract_Number_In_SR."

This is happening on many different Service requests from Cancel Contracts to Gift Replacements so it's not only because the contract is no longer active. Some contracts are still active.

Anyone have any ideas?
