FRM-41050: You cannot update this record
This is the message that I get when I create a new Service Request, fill in all required fields and click submit. I only click submit so I am not trying to update this. Also, because of this msg I cannot click away from this screen. I have to click on the clear record a few times and only then am I able to click on another tab.
I was told by someone that it might be because after you have clicked submit the curser focus goes back to the date field and that makes it think that you are trying to update the record. I don't know if this is true but thought I would add that in case it helps.
