 Hi All,

Trying to install Oracle 11R2 on RHEL 5 in silent mode without & with the  response file but i have the same issue for both that stop the installer : [SEVERE]  - email adress not specified.

here's the command i used without the resposnsefile :

./runInstaller -silent -force -debug \
FROM_LOCATION="/mount/dvd/gateways/stage/products.xml" \
ORACLE_HOME="/u01/app/oracle/product/11.1.0/tg_1" \
ORACLE_HOME_NAME="11gTg" ORACLE_BASE="/u01/app/oracle" \
TOPLEVEL_COMPONENT='{"oracle.tg","11.1.0.6.0"}'\

DECLINE_SECURITY_UPDATES=TRUE\
TYPE_INSTALL="EE" n_configurationOption=3

 The note 883714.1 recommands to do so :

Specify the My Oracle Support Account User name and password in your response file:
