Mosaicking Georaster Objects

   I am new to georaster objects.  I have loaded a set of map tiles (georeferenced tif files) into Oracle spatial tables and mosaicked them, this works when I use a test section of 8 tiles but the mosaicking fails when I try to run the same pl/sql on the full set of 133 tiles.  The error I get is this:

Error report:
ORA-13419: cannot perform mosaick operation on the specified table column
ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.MD", line 1723
ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.MDERR", line 8
ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.SDO_GEOR", line 947
ORA-06512: at line 6
