Bouncing Workflow Agent Listener Service after applying a XML Gateway map customization

 Oracle support note 286242.1 says to bounce the Workflow Agent Listener Service after uploading a new XML Gateway map in order for it to take effect.

We are running 11.5.10CU2.

The question I have is can just the two ECX listener components be bounced or do all services associated with the Workflow Agent Listener have to be bounced?
