Reference verses Relationship Tab

 We are upgrading from Agile 9.2.1.4 to Agile 9.3. Just before we began the update process we had enabled the reference tab on some of the Quality objects. This was done so we could set up a link between active an obsolete items, which was not available in the Relationship tab.

After our upgrade, we noticed that the Reference tab option is missing. Was there a change made before 9.3 that incorporates the Reference tab functionality in the Relationship tab? If so, when did that occur and how would you go about setting up a releationship between different objects any one of which may be closed/obsolete?
