view_recompile_jan2008cpu.sql

  I have been in the off and on process over the last weeks  of trying to load the lastest CPU. here is my problem.

I built a LINUX server in a non RAC environment.  Loaded 10.2.0.1 upgraded to 10.2.0.4 then applied the opatch and ran the 10.2.4.3 CPU. Okay. At this point in time there are no databases.

 I create my database using DBCA. IAW the instructions I must follow the Post installation instructions. So far no data. Just an Oracle DBCA database. I ran the "catbundle.sql psu apply" and everything is hunky dory. I continue to run the check for recompile then run the "view_recompile_jan2008.sql" resulting in 1610 errors?
