Sourcing and iProcurement Maximum Attachment Size

 I have spent some time trying to find what the maximum file attachment size is for Sourcing and Procurement.  I am most interested in Sourcing as we have very large CAD plan files that may need to be uploaded and need to determine if Oracle Sourcing will meet the attachment size requirement or whether or not we will need an alternative solution.

Could someone point in the right direction in regards to where I can find max attachment size information for Sourcing?
