Desire Step By Step Instructions for learning to use My Oracle Support

I guess I don't really have a choice, I need to learn how to use My Oracle Support.  I have spent about 4 hours trying to figure out how to get somewhere with this.  I finally was able to sign up for Introduction to My Oracle Support.  Not sure how I did it.  Are there some step by step instructions or some kind of documentation to show you how to do basic things?  For example, searching for information on how to do things within Oracle Apps.
