Handling Sourcing Attachments up to 300 mb

We are in the process of implementing iSourcing and some of our sourcing documents/RFPs/RFQs will include large CAD drawings for new buildings or parks, for example.  Some of these attachments could be up to 300 mb.   

I am interested to hear how other organizations handle large Sourcing attachments and what type of alternative solution you may have in place instead of attaching documents directly to Oracle forms.
