My Oracle Support FAQ Document ID 747242.5

Well this is strange...  I just directed a new MOS user to the MOS FAQ document it 747242.5 for help in using MOS.  I've read the document before and it has always had some strange characters in it, but I haven't actually used any of the embedded links in it until now.  To my surprise when I do use the links they either fail or launch another MOS session within my current MOS session.

I'm working at a client site today so I am  on Vista and IE and using https://support.oracle.com but the same thing does happen with
