Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC)

 Hi,
We are implementing a fresh installation of 12.1.2 wherein Client licensed for EBusiness Suite but they does not want Cash Management Module to be implemented.

If we seriously eliminate CM, will it affect the Payables and Receivables modules ? as the Bank definitions for Parties and Customers we feel will have an impact.

Request some one to help us with their inputs/insights.  How to define a bank in the absence of CM module.
