Cannot pass prerequisite check on 11g R2

 Hi, I tried to install 11g R2 on top of OEL 5 update 4. when 11gR2 does the prerequisite check, it failed on some packages, namely
elfutils-libelf-0.125-3.el5.i386.rpm
elfutils-libelf-devel-0.125-3.el5.i386.rpm
elfutils-libelf-devel-0.125-3.el5.i386.rpm
It says they are required and I cannot continue since the next button is grayed out.
When I tried to install the above mentioned packages. I got the following
rpm -Uvh elfutils-libelf-0.125-3.el5.i386.rpm
warning: elfutils-libelf-0.125-3.el5.i386.rpm: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 82fd17b2
Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
        package elfutils-libelf-0.137-3.el5.i386 (which is newer than elfutils-libelf-0.125-3.el5.i386) is already installed
