BI Publisher 10.1.3.4 on OAS 10.1.2.3?

 I'm reposting this question from the Oracle Forms forum.

 I'm attempting to install BI Publisher on OAS.  I need to install BI Publisher to support another application
RMS, Retail Management System.  In the BI Publisher documentation, they call out the need for
OAS 10.1.3.1.0, however in the RMS documentation they request 10.1.2.3. 

Does anyone have experience installing BI Publisher on 10.1.2.3?  Anyone know why RMS would
make this stipulation?

Interestingly I've seen references to 10.1.2.3 in other documents related to BI Publisher 10.1.3.4 install.
