Project Budget upload with ADI

Hello

I tried to upload project budget with Web ADI. That works just fine. Problem is everytime I need to change anything in the the working version, it needs to be downloaded again. This really makes it a painful process which otherwise would be very quick. My question is

1) Is there anyway we can use the orignally downloaded worksheet for the changes / updates and upload that?

2) Or Can we edit this budget in the Oracle Project costing (Forms based application)?
