 I have installed database 11g release 1(windows vista). i'm  reinstalling Oracle Enterprise Manager

and drop the em configuration with the following command

emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop

and that's ok

the second step

emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

and i get

Creating directories...
Setting console properties ...
Setting log and trace files locations for Console ...
Setting log and trace files locations for Agent ...

Service creation failed. Aborting...
