Solaris live upgrade

We are planning for a Solaris Live Upgrade on a host from version 5.9 to 5.10. OS Version : 5.9 Generic_122300-04 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V240

The Host has a 10gR2 (10.2.0.4.0) version Database.

Is this feasible? Any issues/problems we might face during this OS upgrade with Oracle Database?
