Message Gateway won't start

Hello,

i try to install mgw. after following the installation guide i start the mgw with DBMS_MGWADM.STARTUP, but by checking the agent status (select agent_status, agent_ping from mgw_gateway) the agent_status is always START_SCHEDULED. i increased already the JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES but i have stil the same result.

Could anyone help please?
