Licensing Policy of Oracle DB Standard Edition for IBM POWER7 servers

 Hello everybody, I will install Oracle DB (11g) Standard Edition on IBM server POWER 750 with AIX, the server has 4 sockets with 32 cores (POWER7) in total. What is a correct licence policy for this server? Only 4 Oracle SE licences or 32 Oracle SE licences? Thanks for help. R
